"Our driver, Darrin, was wonderful! It was a first rate experience. My only concern is that I tried repeatedly to reach Taxicode by phone to adjust the pick up time and was never able to get through. I was on hold for 30 minutes calling from the states and finally had to hang up since I was using all my limited cell minutes. I tried emailing the provider directly and received no response. Luckily our flight arrived early so we did not occur waiting time fees, but sadly I was not impressed with Taxicode’s booking customer service. As I mentioned over, the driver was great."
